Dr Leow Voon Meng is a Hepatopancreaticobiliary Surgeon at Universiti Sains Malaysia. His education begins at University Sains Malaysia from which he obtained his Medical Degree and Master of medicine (Surgery) postgraduate degree in 2000 and 2008 respectively. He has qualified to MD USM, M.MED General Surgery USM, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery (Ministry of Health, Malaysia) and Visiting Fellow at Liver Transplantation DumontUniversity of California Los Angeles (UCLA), USA. He is actively involved in national subspecialty training of hepatopancreaticobiliary surgery training in Malaysia. He is expert in both advanced endoscopy especially ERCP and minimally invasive surgery. He is also an academic surgeon who facilitates research for young researchers, training workshops and published actively in peer-reviewed journals.
