Dr Goh is the Head of the Department of Hepatopancreatobiliary and Transplantation Surgery at Singapore General Hospital and National Cancer Centre Singapore. He is also the Surgical Director of Liver Transplantation at the Singhealth-Duke NUS Transplant center Dr Goh is presently one of the key developers of minimally-invasive HPB surgery in Southeast Asia. He is also a pioneer of Robotic HPB surgery in the region. He has personally performed over 600 major laparoscopic HPB surgeries including over 130 robotic HPB operations as the principal surgeon. Dr Goh has held over SGD 75 million in grant funding as PI/CoI and has authored/co-authored over 340 PubMed-indexed articles. He has a H index of 55 and his academic work has been cited over 9400 times. Dr Goh is frequently invited to share his expertise and has delivered close to 300 scientific presentations at international scientific meetings including over 100 invited lectures.
