Prof. Dr.GoroHonda
Dr. Goro Honda was born in Kumamoto, Japan and is a graduate of Kumamoto University School of Medicine. He obtained his PhD at Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine. He completed his training with fellowships at the Kyoto University Hospital in gastroenterological surgery. He has published a lot of articles regarding laparoscopic hepatobiliary-pancreatic (HBP) surgery and pancreatic cancer treatment. Currently, he is a professor and chairman of Department of Surgery, Institute of Gastroenterology, Tokyo Women’s Medical University Hospital. He is one of the leading surgeons of HBP surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the world.
