Mohd Firdaus Mohd Hayati Universiti Malaysia Sabah

Assoc Prof Dr Mohd Firdaus Mohd Hayati is a medical lecturer and general surgeon by profession in UMS. He is the first alumni of UMS, then pursued in general surgery and was graduated in 2017. He has held a post of Deputy Dean of Research and Postgraduate for 4 years. As an academician, he is active in giving talk on publication writing especially on case report. He has published in various articles in both national and international journals. Up to date, he managed to publish more than 220 articles as captured in SCOPUS. He has received multiple awards including Journal Article Publication Awards and Top 4 Prolific Author in Anugerah Penyelidik UMS 2019-2020. Now, he serves as the head, Department of Surgery in Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UMS.
