Dr Aldred Soo Cheng Wei graduated with MbBch Bao in 2005 from Royal College of Surgeon in Ireland (NUI) and subsequently M.Med (Anesthesiology) from University Malaya in 2014. He served at Queen Elizabeth Hospital for 3 years before he joined the Pain Management Subspecialty in 2017 and completed his training in 2021. He did 9 months Pain Fellowship in Taiwan. He was the Head of Department for Pain Management Unit in Queen Elizabeth Hospital II for 4 years. He passed his Certified Interventional Pain Sonologist examination(CIPS) in 2019 at Budapest, Hungary and Fellow in Intervention Pain Practice (FIPP) in 2022 at Istanbul,Turkey. Dr Aldred’s interest is in pain management, especially ultrasound guided blocks and pain interventional. Currently, he is running his own Pain Clinic in KPJ Sabah.
